You might even feel guilty about your gifts because you don’t want to seem better than other people.
But deep down, you know that you are absolutely exceptional.
You naturally care about all of humanity and the whole world.
You feel deeply, and sometimes wonder why other people don’t seem to care about social issues and inner exploration the way you do.
You often find yourself being the smartest person in the room or someone who other people’s eyes are drawn, even if you’re not trying to be.
And even though people around you (who you love) who seem satisfied to “just get a plot of land and turn off from the world” or get through the week, watch their favourite TV shows, complain about Monday’s, and do the cycle over again,
You are just NOT that person.
And you know that’s not the life you’re meant to have.
This might be confusing because sometimes you wish you could just be “normal” and not have this calling that you feel like you have to answer.
But these gifts have been given to you for a reason.
You’re meant to do something big.
And this “big” thing you’re meant to do is bigger than you.
The problem is, people usually see your bigness and light before you do.
And you may have experienced abuse as a result of people being jealous of your power.
You might be carrying trauma, self-doubt, and imposter syndrome because of that.
Like when a so-called mentor feels threatened by you (even though they won’t admit it) and they tell you you’ve “lost your humility”
Or you were raised to believe you were a bad person, so the thought of owning that you have a golden, generous heart feels untrue.
Or you keep finding yourself in relationships that “don’t work”, and you’re feeling that you have to choose between your growth and your connection with the people you love.
This trauma creates a cycle of limitation and stuckness which distracts you from your true calling.
You get caught in a cycle of constantly trying to heal before you’re willing to just step up and be who you truly are, because your brain tells you you’re not ready yet.
You know you’re in this when there’s always a “problem” your brain is trying to solve, whether it be your finances, an inter-personal conflict, low energy, or a bad mood you “just can’t get out of”
You may believe that “perfectly healing your mom trauma” is a prerequisite to having the confidence to take the world stage.
The truth is, these cyclical patterns are just a distraction.
Because part of you knows that your epic path will change both your life AND the world … FAST
And right now you don’t know what to do with that immense energy.

What if I am a part of an oppressed group or am in a very oppressive region/personal situation. I’m worried that my taking up more space will make me LESS safe.
- That fear is real, and regardless of your situation, rejecting it or avoiding feeling it is not going to make the situation better. When you allow yourself to fully experience that fear, there’s wisdom on the other side that allows you to powerfully navigate the reality of today’s world. I love what both of you bring, but I have had negative experiences with “gurus” before. I gave my authority and power away to them, didn’t listen to my intuition, and ended up gaslighting myself or had them gaslight me. How can I make sure this doesn’t happen again?
- One of the first things we do in the Nebula is dissolve the hierarchy that tells us “this person knows more than you” or “this person has the answers”. This is especially true when that person has made more money or is where you want to be. But the truth is, you have no gurus. You are the authority. - You try so hard to love yourself, but end up with even higher expectations and more judgements as you compare yourself to what you "should" be experiencing on your spiritual path
- You end up bypassing because you were "trying not to be negative"
- You tap into abundance on a spiritual level, but may be reluctant to buy a ticket to go on vacation tomorrow, or get the support you need
- You connect to Love in meditation, but don't demonstrate Love by consistently taking care of yourself the way you really need
- You know who you are in your highest self, but use that to beat yourself up – by raising the bar ridiculously high and using it against yourself, instead of letting what you truly are bring you deeper into true self-love
You don’t have to live in a cave, or cut yourself off from people and situations, to experience the indescribable Peace all the sages talk about.
You don’t need to meditate 6 hours a day in order to explore the depths of your soul.
You don’t have to withdraw yourself from the world to cultivate the solid foundation of Love that brings all the success that awaits you in the world.

YOU JUST NEED TO EMBODY LOVE
But I'm not talking about the emotion love.
The emotion love comes and goes, and has an opposite.
The Love I'm referring to is a powerful, all-embracing, boundless, unconditional energy that has no opposite.
It's always available to you because it's what you truly ARE.
Nothing and no one can give it to you,
and nothing and no one can take it away.
Most people end up rejecting so many of their feelings because they believe certain "bad" feelings can diminish their access to Love.
In fact, plenty of teachings encourage the idea of "getting rid of" your "negative feelings" ...
but in the infinite oneness of existence, where, pray tell, are you putting them?!?!
Is there a cosmic garbage dump somewhere no one's telling me about??
In my experience, the relationship between the spectrum of human emotion and pure Love itself is like the relationship between the color spectrum and pure light ...
When you pass pure light through a prism, that light separates into all the colors on the spectrum, creating a rainbow.
And it's easy to see that every color in that rainbow is still made of pure light, just appearing as different bands because of being separated by the prism.
Even if blue is your favorite color, you're not on a quest to get rid of orange and red or yellow and green because they are "wrong" and "bad."
The same is true for anger, fear, sadness, yearning, frustration, grief, arrogance, joy, and the whole spectrum of human emotion you can feel ...
they are simply different bands of energy that is all still pure Love at its core.
So rather than set out to rid yourself of the feelings you consider "bad,"
why not recognize the presence of Love in all of your experiences?

Love is powerful and prioritizing Love doesn't exclude action.
As I point out the ever-present, all-embracing nature of Love, you might start to think that completely prioritizing that kind of Love would basically just turn you into mush.
And I've definitely seen plenty of "spiritual types" severely limit themselves by getting caught up in ideas about what Love is "supposed to do" and "not supposed to do."
The truth is, any action can be based in any energy.
For example,
let's say you've got a fly in your soup...
Some people get the idea on their spiritual path that they need to "shift their energy" until either the fly magically disappears, or they suddenly like the tase of flies.
They rule out the idea of calling over the waiter because that's the mundane solution that they now equate to complaining or "being negative."
BUT
You can be in a state of LOVE about the fly AND alert the waiter –
they aren't mutually exclusive.
Navigating all the possibilities of real life,
balancing taking action with managing your energy,
and learning to finally LIVE LOVE by embodying it,
IS available for you.

- Needing to pull over on the side of the road because you’re so in awe of every molecule of every leaf on every tree you're passing, and then letting that intense wave of Love integrate, so there's a now constant undercurrent of deep peace and radiant joy that settles in and you always have access to it, but you’re not passing out at the grocery store because of the sheer beauty of every human being there. Shifted My Whole Experience of Reality
“The recordings really changed and shifted the perception and experience of reality. As I've kept on listening to more and more of it, the love everywhere would become more and more obvious and the unmanifested becomes manifested :))
While doing the course I've walked seeing everything as love for like 2 weeks or so.
Right now it integrates deeper and deeper and that deep sense of peace, calmness and love is always in the background.
Also it became really really obvious that everything is love and there is no good/ bad.
